The Smartroller is a daily staple for me. Different than other foam rollers it was developed by Feldenkrais PT Stacy Barrows. It was a gamechanger for my health.

They have a shower filter as well that is phenomenal!

Jacq Crawford started this company out of her passion for creating organic personal care products made of botanicals and free of endocrine disruptors. Her products contain wonderful ingredients that will transform anyone’s skin at any stage of life.

Flow Vibe – an incredible tool to  support lymphatic drainage of the face and neck area.

The Detox Market – this website and store in Los Angeles has many wonderful clean products for skin, hair and makeup and I have a whole blog devoted to some of their products I use

This is called “kraut juice” from Farmhouse Culture. Daily consumption of kraut juice assists with glyphosate AKA Roundup (a strong pesticide) detoxification. Research from Dr. Stephanie Seneff shows daily kraut juice is essential since glyphosate is rampant in our food supply.

Azure Standard – a great website for organic soaps, essential oils, organic personal care and food products. I especially like the Bender Eucalyptus Spearmint goat soap – amazing feel and clean smell!

Vibrant Blue Oils – Essential Oils blends for all ailments and I especially like the attention, energize, parasympathetic and migraine relief formulas

Red Moon Herbs – Wonderful salves and tinctures

Dental: Having fluoride-free toothpaste is essential for your health. Eco-Dent – Great toothpowder for brushing and mouthwashes.

Uncle Harry’s – variety of toothpastes and mouthwashes

Food and Treats:

Cinnamon Vogue – Wonderful Ceylon Cinnamon and I especially like the bark oil and facemask

Tea- Full Leaf Tea – wonderful organic teas for various health concerns -including teas for liver, kidney and gut health. Their organic black and green teas are wonderful as well.

Cox Honey – a great local honey company that uses no preservatives or additives in their processing.  The raw creamed is the best and contains healthy pollens, live enzymes, vitamins and nutrients.  Use for seasonal allergies, throat irritations or just in your recipes. I prefer things in glass containers and if you email them they will send you the honey in glass.

La’mourette Dark Chocolate – my favorite dark chocolate – smooth taste without any bitter flavor usually present in most dark chocolate

Cooking:
