Fall Health Finds: 5 Things I’m Loving for Better Health

I’m always looking for simple ways to support my health, and over the past year I’ve discovered several products that have made a noticeable difference for me.

Here are five of my favorite health finds that I’m excited to share with you!

  1. Spring Aqua Water

I’ve researched water filtration systems for a LONG time. Water is more complicated than most people realize, with many different types of filtration and purification systems available.

So, where do you start?

For me, one of the most important considerations is removing contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides and pharmaceuticals while still maintaining the minerals naturally found in water.

Reverse osmosis is a popular option, but it can remove minerals along with contaminants. Distillation also produces highly purified water but removes naturally occurring minerals.

That’s where hydrogen and structured water caught my attention.

I discovered Spring Aqua Water last year. Their system uses multiple stages of filtration and is designed to produce structured, hydrogen-rich water while removing a wide range of contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides/herbicides, pharmaceuticals) and retaining minerals.

I noticed a difference within just a couple of days. I experienced better gut motility, softer skin and an overall sense of well-being.

I also added their shower filtration system. Since our skin is our largest organ, the quality of the water we bathe in matters, too. Use this link for easy access.

  1. Kraut Juice

Most of us have heard about glyphosate, the herbicide used in products such as Roundup. Because it is widely used in agriculture, exposure can occur through a variety of foods and beverages including wheat, corn, soy, coffee, beer and wine products. It is used by farmers to lower time to harvesting since it is an antibiotic for plants to kill weeds.

I became particularly interested in glyphosate because of its potential impact on the gut microbiome. It has the capacity to cause inflammation and gut dysbiosis. Gut dysbiosis is an imbalance in the microbiome which can lead to bacterial overgrowth, gut infections and digestive disorders.

After hearing researcher Stephanie Seneff speak about her work with glyphosate, I learned about using fermented vegetable juice, or “kraut juice,” as a way to decrease the effect of glyphosate in the body and support gut health.

I discovered Farmhouse Culture Gut Shot, which is essentially fermented cabbage juice. It has a surprisingly pleasant taste, and I take a shot with breakfast and dinner.

  1. Vital Earth Minerals Humic/Fulvic Acid

Minerals are essential for so many processes in the body, yet maintaining adequate mineral intake can sometimes be challenging.

Humic and fulvic acids are naturally occurring substances that contain a variety of minerals and other compounds. They have the capability of binding and sequestering heavy metals and lowering levels of pesticides/herbicides. They also help support your lymphatic system which helps with with drainage and detoxification.

I use 1-2 tablespoons of Vital Earth Minerals Humic/Fulvic Acid in filtered water before meals. It has become another simple addition to my daily wellness routine.

  1. FlowVibe 2.0

If you’ve read my blogs, you know how much I talk about the importance of lymphatic movement and drainage.

One of my favorite discoveries has been the FlowVibe. I have both the original and the second edition, and I’ve enjoyed using both of them.

The FlowVibe 2.0 uses targeted vibration to support movement and lymphatic flow from home.

I use it on my face, neck and legs, and it has become a regular part of my wellness routine.

  1. Pure O3 Ozonated Glycerin

This was another interesting find for me.

Ozonated glycerin is made by infusing ozone into glycerin, creating a thick, slightly sweet solution that can be used topically.

I put it on my toothpaste at night with a sprinkle of baking soda and brush on my gums. Ozonated glycerin can enhance the cleaning power of baking soda. It has antibacterial properties that may help further reduce plaque and bacteria in the mouth, complementing the effects of baking soda.

I also put it in a nebulizer to help my sinuses with inflammation and have experienced huge benefits in both areas.

It has become one of those products I didn’t know I needed until I tried it!

Small Finds, Big Impact

So there you have it—five of my latest health finds:

Better water.
Gut support.
Minerals.
Lymphatic movement.
Skin, gum and sinus support.

I’m a big believer that improving your health doesn’t always require making huge changes. Sometimes it’s the small things we consistently do each day that add up.

And with the holidays approaching, don’t forget about Organic Essentials by Susan. Clean, organic products packaged in glass make a thoughtful gift for anyone looking to simplify their personal-care routine and support healthier skin.

Here’s to discovering new ways to feel your best this fall!
