Simple Summer Burrata Salad

Ingredients:
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and shredded
2 heirloom tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 avocado, diced
8 ounces of burrata cheese, cut in 2 inch pieces
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Variation: Add toasted pecans or pine nuts
Instructions:
Layer lettuce on plate and top with tomatoes, avocado, and burrata cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
