    My mood is definitely tied to my diet for the majority. When I used to eat chocolate and junky food I used to have a short temper, feel irritable more easily and just felt down in the dumps. Now that I live on a diet high in fruits and vegetables I no longer feel those ways – have more patience even when I am hungry and just overall feel more balanced.
