Cajun Chicken

This is the easiest recipe to make, and oh so tasty. You can alter the Cajun and curry spices up or down to suit your tastes. Enjoy!

3 tablespoons of honey mustard
3 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons of curry powder
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 clove of minced garlic
6 skinless, boneless chicken halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Instructions:
Wash chicken and pat dry.  Arrange in a baking dish.  In a small bowl combine the honey mustard, water, melted butter, red pepper flakes, curry powder, lemon juice and minced garlic.  Thoroughly combine and then spread onto chicken, turning to coat.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

**You can alter the spices to suit your taste.
